Description
- A university degree
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a school administrator or principal, with experience in British curriculum.
- Strong understanding of the British National Curriculum and assessment systems.
- Ideally have experience in international education and working in an international school setting.
- Proven track record of leadership, strategic planning and decision making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, parents, staff and the community.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive school culture and foster a safe learning environment.
- Experience in working with diverse and multicultural communities.
- Experience in managing British accreditation processes, such as CIS, COBIS, or BSME accreditation.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
