- A degree in counseling or related field or teaching or counseling certification
- Relevant experience working with students in an international or multicultural setting
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrators
- Knowledge of different cultures, languages and ability to work with different backgrounds.
- Ability to provide individual, group, and family counseling.
- Understand and work with various mental health and special needs.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning styles.
- Experience in crisis management and ability to handle emergency situations.
- Fluency in English
