Job Description

Cheongna Dalton School (CDS) is seeking an additional School Guidance Counselor to join our supportive and forward-thinking team. This new position is in addition to our current School Counselor and will help strengthen our commitment to fostering students’ academic achievement, emotional well-being, and social growth.

The successful candidate will collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support students from Kindergarten through Grade 12. This role is essential in helping students overcome challenges and thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Requirements
  • Certified School Counselor.
  • Experience or formal training as a School Counselor, preferably in the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia, or similar international context.
  • Previous experience working with K–12 students is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with counseling models and practices appropriate for international school settings.
  • Proficiency in both English and Korean is highly desirable.
