Job Description

Gyeonggi Academy of Foreign Languages (GAFL) is seeking a passionate and qualified Business Studies Teacher to join our esteemed international curriculum department. GAFL is South Korea’s first high school to offer the IB Diploma Programme (IB DP) and is celebrated for academic excellence, global perspective, and a strong alumni network that includes admissions to SKY universities and top international institutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Education, or related field
  • Teaching certification preferred (but not mandatory)
  • Open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with strong subject knowledge
  • Experience with IB Diploma Programme (DP) or AP curriculum is highly desirable
  • Fluent English speaker; native or near-native proficiency required
Benefits
  • 1-year contract, renewable annually based on performance and mutual agreement
  • Monthly Salary: KRW 2.8 million – 4 million (based on qualifications and teaching experience)
