Job Description

YCIS Qingdao is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking EdTech Coordinator & Secondary ICT Teacher to join our international school community. This is a leadership-level position with significant administrative responsibilities that impact the entire school. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong blend of technical proficiency, curriculum innovation, and strategic vision for educational technology.

The successful candidate will teach a combination of IB Diploma Programme Computer Science and/or ITGS, as well as IGCSE ICT and/or Computer Science, while also supporting and coordinating EdTech integration across departments. Oversight of the Primary ICT curriculum is also a key responsibility, ensuring continuity and progression in digital learning from Early Years through Secondary.

Requirements
  • PGCE, teaching license, or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ full-time teaching experience
  • Proven experience teaching IB/IGCSE Computer Science or ICT
  • Demonstrated experience with ManageBac and/or curriculum mapping platforms
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
