Job Description
Kaiwen Academy is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Secondary English Language Arts Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction in literature, writing, and language analysis to secondary students.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping students develop critical thinking, communication skills, and confidence in academic writing.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Planning
- Design and implement engaging English Language Arts lessons that support curriculum standards and encourage students to explore literature, writing, and language in depth.
Instructional Strategies
Use diverse teaching approaches including:

- Collaborative projects and presentations

Assessment and Feedback
- Evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain clear communication with students and parents regarding academic performance.

Requirements
Candidates applying for the Secondary English Language Arts Teacher job in Beijing should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Literature, Education, or a related subject
- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, teaching license, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in English Language Arts at secondary level
