Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in guidance counseling are preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of global university admissions processes, including the U.S., U.K., Canada, and other international systems.
- Experience in guiding high school students through academic and career counseling, including university applications, personal statements, and interviews.
- Familiarity with the IB curriculum and its impact on university preparation and admissions.
- Cultural competence and adaptability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple students and deadlines effectively.
