Job Description
Saint Paul Gwanggyo Campus is seeking an experienced and dedicated Vice Principal to join our leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an education professional with strong leadership skills to contribute to the success of our international learning community.
As Vice Principal, you will play a key role in shaping the academic and operational success of our school. You will oversee curriculum development, teacher support, student achievement, and school administration while working closely with the Principal to maintain a high standard of education.
Requirements
- 3-year contract with the opportunity for renewal
- F-Visa holder or Korean citizenship required
- Valid teaching license from an accredited institution
- Proven leadership experience in roles such as Head Teacher, Curriculum Coordinator, Vice Principal, or similar
- Strong background in curriculum development, faculty management, and student progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for educational excellence and student success
