Position Overview

As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of our students. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports individual learning needs.
Encourage social interaction and cooperative play among students to enhance their interpersonal skills.
Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to meet diverse learning styles.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and achievements.
Collaborate with fellow educators to implement school-wide initiatives and events.
Maintain a safe and organized classroom conducive to learning and exploration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of two years of experience in a kindergarten or early childhood education setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Creativity and a passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
Must be based in Korea, as we are looking for an ASAP start.
