Job Description
UWC Changshu China is looking for a dedicated Teacher of SEN and Learning Support to provide individualized guidance and inclusive education for students with diverse learning needs. Requirements
- A recognized degree in Special Education, Inclusive Education, or a related field.
- Professional teaching certification or qualification in special educational needs.
- Experience in providing learning support for students with diverse needs, such as learning disabilities, giftedness, or emotional challenges.
- Familiarity with the IB curriculum and strategies for differentiation and inclusion.
- Ability to design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- A compassionate and student-centered approach to teaching and support.
