Job Description

We are looking for a committed and innovative educator to deliver high-quality Economics lessons, inspiring students to develop critical thinking and analytical skills. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the department and, if suitable, take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Economics at IGCSE and A-Level, fostering academic excellence.
  • Develop engaging lesson plans that challenge and support students.
  • Encourage students to think independently and apply economic principles to real-world situations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Economics curriculum.
  • (For HOD applicants) Lead the department, supporting curriculum development and student

Requirements
  • A degree in Economics or a related subject.
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS or equivalent).
  • At least three years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
  • Experience teaching IGCSE and A-Level Economics.
  • (For HOD applicants) Experience in department leadership and curriculum development.
