Job Description
Crescendo-HELP International School in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Humanities to lead our dedicated team of four specialist teachers. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator to teach History and Geography, with the ability to deliver Geography up to IGCSE.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience or the proven ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Possession of a relevant degree, accompanied by a UK PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification that confers QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- A minimum of five years of post-qualification teaching experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with the IGCSE and A-Level curricula.
- Experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
- An Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or an equivalent background check as part of the application process.
