Job Description

Hiba Academy, a leading bilingual school in Hangzhou, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced English Teacher to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire young learners in a forward-thinking, globally minded school while enjoying the rich culture of China.

What You’ll Do:

  • Teach English across a range of levels, including IGCSE and A-Level classes.
  • Create engaging, student-centered lessons that promote critical thinking and a love of learning.
  • Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Participate in co-curricular activities and school events, helping to build a lively, inclusive school community.

Requirements
  • PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in an international or British curriculum setting.

  • Passionate about teaching, with excellent classroom management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
