Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Elementary & Middle School Music Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore and develop their musical abilities while fostering a love for music through engaging lessons, performances, and interactive activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach general music classes to elementary and middle school students, covering a variety of musical concepts, instruments, and vocal techniques.
  • Develop and implement a dynamic music curriculum aligned with the American educational framework.
  • Plan and lead school concerts, performances, and extracurricular music programs.
  • Introduce students to various musical genres, history, and cultural influences.
  • Encourage creativity and self-expression through singing, instrumental practice, and music composition.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate music into interdisciplinary projects and school events.
  • Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and school administration.

Requirements
  • You must have an F visa or Korean citizenship.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field.
  • Teaching certification and/or relevant teaching experience preferred.
  • Native or near-native fluency in English.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
