Job Description
Crescendo-HELP International School in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Principal (Primary) with expertise in the International Primary Curriculum (IPC).
This leadership role involves overseeing academic and pastoral care, identifying and supporting students who need help, and collaborating with the Inclusion, EAL, and Counsellor teams. You will work closely with Heads of Year, Milepost Coordinators, and Curriculum Leaders to enhance teaching practices, raise student achievement, and support smooth transitions into secondary school. Additionally, you’ll contribute to staff professional development and the overall well-being of our students, aligning with the school’s mission and vision.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
- Proven experience in a leadership role (e.g., Head of Year, Curriculum Leader, or similar).
- Familiarity with the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and a strong understanding of best practices in primary education.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee academic and pastoral programs.
