Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop strong literacy skills while cultivating a love for reading and writing. You will play a key role in shaping young minds through innovative and student-centered instruction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the American curriculum.
  • Teach reading comprehension, writing, grammar, and critical thinking skills.
  • Foster a classroom environment that encourages inquiry, discussion, and creativity.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and instructional strategies.
  • Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and school administration.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field.
  • Teaching certification and/or relevant teaching experience preferred.
