Job Description
Crescendo-HELP International School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Economics Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school team, teaching IGCSE and A-Level students. This is an exciting opportunity to work with engaged learners in a school that values academic excellence and holistic education. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who can offer Business Studies and/or Accounting as a second subject, contributing to the depth and success of our growing department.
Requirements
- Possession of a relevant degree, along with a UK PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification that grants QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification teaching experience.
- Strong familiarity with the National Curriculum of England, particularly in Economics.
- Proven experience teaching IGCSE and A-Level Economics.
- Ability to teach Business Studies and/or Accounting as a second subject is highly desirable.
- Experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
- An Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or equivalent as part of the application process.
