Job Description
Beijing Haidian Kaiwen Academy (KWA) is seeking an experienced and passionate High School Biology Teacher to join our outstanding faculty. KWA is a top-tier international school dedicated to academic excellence, offering a rigorous, inquiry-based curriculum that prepares students for global success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach High School Biology, including AP, A-Level, or IB courses (preferred).
- Develop and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons that encourage scientific exploration.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, research projects, and hands-on science activities.
- Guide students in independent research and critical scientific thinking.
- Assess student progress and provide personalized academic support.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Science Education, or a related field with a teaching certification (PGCE, QTS, Teaching License, or equivalent).

- Experience with AP, A-Level, or IB curriculum is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and student mentorship skills.
- Fluency in English (Native or near-native proficiency required).
