Job Description

Branksome Hall Asia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Literacy Coach to support and enhance literacy instruction across the Junior School (PYP). The ideal candidate will be a passionate educator and mentor, with a deep understanding of language acquisition, reading and writing development, and IB PYP literacy practices.

Requirements
  • A valid teaching license with certification in Elementary Education, Literacy, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of full-time teaching experience, with a strong focus on literacy instruction.
  • Deep understanding of IB PYP literacy frameworks, inquiry-based learning, and balanced literacy approaches.
  • Experience in curriculum development, differentiated instruction, and literacy interventions.
