Exciting Opportunity: Pupil Progress Leader (Assessment, Data, and Tracking)

St. Joseph’s Institution International School Malaysia (SJIIM) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pupil Progress Leader to lead the assessment, data, and tracking systems for our students. In this key role, you will be responsible for monitoring student progress, analyzing academic data, and implementing strategies to support academic achievement across all year groups. Requirements
  • A recognized teaching qualification with a  degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with a strong background in assessment, data analysis, and tracking systems.
  • Proven experience in managing assessment, data analysis, and tracking systems within a school environment, preferably at the secondary level.
  • Strong knowledge of IGCSE and A Level assessment systems and academic progress tracking.
  • Proficiency in using data management software and analytical tools to track and report student performance.
  • Experience in implementing data-driven strategies to support student progress and achievement.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to staff, students, and parents.
  • A commitment to student success and continuous improvement.
  • A clean DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or equivalent background check
