Our Canada curriculum program offers students in grades 6–12 a rigorous academic experience while fostering spiritual growth and global-mindedness. BIS is located in Seongnam, South Korea, just 30 km southeast of Seoul, providing an exciting opportunity to teach in a vibrant international community.

Requirements

Eligibility for an F-status visa in Korea OR be a Korean national (BIS does not issue E-type visas for foreign teachers)
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Education with valid teaching certification or a Master’s degree in a teachable subject
Previous experience teaching secondary mathematics in a school setting preferred

Benefits

Salary according to BIS teacher pay scale, based on qualifications and experience
Rent-free housing or housing allowance
11 weeks paid vacation throughout the school year plus Korean national holidays

Medical insurance (50% paid by BIS, 50% by employee)
