Kaiwen Academy is actively seeking a dynamic and qualified Secondary Mathematics Teacher to join its esteemed faculty starting in August 2026. This pivotal role is essential for delivering high-quality mathematics education that stimulates student interest and fosters academic growth.

Key Responsibilities of the Secondary Mathematics Teacher

As a Secondary Mathematics Teacher at Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy, you will be responsible for:

Curriculum Planning: Designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that meet educational standards and motivate students to explore mathematical concepts deeply.
Instructional Strategies: Utilizing diverse teaching methodologies, including hands-on activities, collaborative learning, and technology integration to accommodate various learning styles and enhance student engagement.
Assessment and Reporting: Regularly evaluating student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining transparent communication with students and parents regarding academic performance.
Fostering a Positive Learning Environment: Creating a classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation, curiosity, and critical thinking, helping students develop a positive attitude towards mathematics.
Collaboration: Working collaboratively with fellow teachers to enhance the mathematics curriculum and participate in interdisciplinary projects that enrich the overall educational experience.

Requirements

Candidates applying for the Secondary Mathematics Teacher position should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
Teaching Certification: A valid teaching qualification relevant to secondary education in Mathematics.
Experience: At least 3 years of demonstrated teaching experience in a secondary school setting, particularly within international curricula such as the International GCSE (IG) or equivalent.
