Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated STEM Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering an engaging STEM curriculum that fosters innovation and problem-solving skills among students in grades 4-8. This role involves creating a collaborative and interactive classroom environment that encourages students to explore scientific concepts and engage in hands-on learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, prepare, and deliver engaging STEM lessons that align with the American curriculum for students in grades 4-8.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes student engagement and inquiry-based learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents on their performance and growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects that integrate STEM concepts across the curriculum.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school community through extracurricular STEM-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavioral observations.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and well-being.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM fields, or a related area.
- A valid teaching license, PGCE, QTS, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience teaching STEM subjects, particularly in upper elementary or middle school grades (ages 9-14), is preferred; newly qualified teachers (NQTs/ECTs) with relevant practicum experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates currently based in Korea are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
