BIS Canada, an accredited Canadian international school in South Korea, is seeking a qualified Science Teacher to join its secondary school team for the 2025–2026 school year.

Role & Responsibilities:

Teach General Science, Biology, Chemistry, or Physics at the secondary level (Grades 9–12)
Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons aligned with the Ontario curriculum
Support student learning through formative and summative assessments
Promote scientific thinking, curiosity, and lab-based inquiry
Participate actively in school events, staff collaboration, and extracurricular activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or Science Education
Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the secondary level preferred
Familiarity with or experience teaching the Ontario (Canada) curriculum is an asset
Fluent in English with strong classroom communication skills
Must be a Korean national or hold a valid F visa (visa sponsorship not available)
