Job Description

UWC Changshu China is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sports Coordinator to design, implement, and oversee student recreational and competitive sports programs in collaboration with the Dean of Experiential Learning. The role involves coordinating inter-school fixtures, tournaments, and campus sports events, promoting school spirit through house competitions, and ensuring the highest safety standards for all athletic and waterfront activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to inclusion and excellence, and alignment with UWC’s mission of fostering peace and sustainability. Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in sports management, physical education, or a related field; advanced certifications or coaching qualifications are a plus.
More than 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably with a focus on sports or physical education.
Proven experience in coordinating sports programs, events, or recreational activities in an educational or community setting.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk management in athletics, outdoor, and waterfront activities.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage events, schedules, and logistics effectively.

Salary range: USD 35,000 to USD 75,000 per year
